Registration Usage and Troubleshooting Guide
To add the Medenrich application
1) Visit any webinar page available to register yourself
2) For the first time when we visit a webinar, it is required to log into zoom and provide consent by Clicking on Allow. This gives Medenrich permissions to allow users to join meetings
3) Click on registration button to register for the live event
4) When the event starts, we will be directly redirected to Zoom event. Refresh page if any issue is faced.
To Remove the Zoom's Medenrich App from your account
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Medenrich" app.
- Click the "Medenrich" app.
- Click Remove.
